I obtained a degree in Civil Engineering. Married JAYATI, school teacher in1969. Step by step, I became Managing Director of a Govt. Organisation. Govt. of India & the State Govt. selected me as the Team Leader to initiate India-Bangladesh International Bus services, which commenced in1999. Built river terminals in remote areas of West Bengal & operated Ferry Services even in SUNDERBANS (abode of Bengal Tigers) connecting islands. Operated Helicopter Services, went to Dalas, USA, Bell Helicopters to purchase helicopters! As a Govt. delegate visited USA, Mexico, South Africa, UK (to purchase Hover- Crafts), Europe & China. Then after about 30 years of services with Central & State Govts. I retired.

We(Jayati/myself)‚ have a son, Soumya, 34yrs., Chef-de-Cusine, with Oberois chain of Hotels, posted at Delhi & a daughter 32yrs, working as HR Sr Executive, Royal Sundaram, posted at Gurgaon , 20km. from Delhi. My son-in-law, Rajeev Sinha hails from where Kiran hails! He is with Ericsson as Logistics expert, posted at their Gurgaon factory. Daughter-in- law, Trinayani, is HRD COSULTANT, practicing at Gurgaon. Three grand children & another in offing (daughter‚ son +? & daughter- in-law‚ son + daughter). That is our family.
