1963- MBBS, Patna Medical College
1967- Got married to Ratna
1968- Master of Surgery, Patna Medical College; Daughter- Arpita is born
1970- Move to England
1974- Son- Abhijit is born
1979- Complete FRCS (Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons) in UK
1992- Daughter Arpita gets married to Arup
1997- Grandson Asmit is born
2000- Granddaughter Anushka is born
2001- Son Abhijit gets married to Somali
2005- Expect to retire in December

I work as a Consultant with the National Health Service in the UK having worked for them nearly all my life. We spend our time between the UK & India. Arup, my son-in- law is Chief Manager or J.K Tyres and is responsible for all Research & Development activities company wide. Arpita manages her time looking after the two kids though she plans to return to work very soon. Abhijit is based out of London and is Head of Marketing for UPS (United Parcel Service) in the UK. Somali works as a Sales & Service Manager for HSBC Bank.
