Bio Data: Harish Chandra Sinha

I did ISc in Biology from B.N. College, Patna University in year 1960. Then I took admission in Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH) in 1^st Year in 1960. I passed MBBS in 1965 from PMCH, Patna University. After that I did my Diploma in Radiology from PMCH in 1968. In 1973 I did my MD in Radiology from PMCH.

I joined government service of Health Department in 1969 and was posted for 1 year in Gaya. Then I joined PG course in Radiology at PMCH in 1970. I worked as a Medical Officer in the Radiology dept. from 1970-77. I joined Nalanda Medical College Hospital (NMCH) as Assistant Professor of Radiology in 1977. I retired from NMCH in March, 1999 as an Associate Professor of Radiology. Since my retirement I am attached to half a dozen radio diagnostic centers as a consultant. I keep in personal contact with all my batch mates at Patna.

Now coming to my family details. My family consists of my wife and four sons. My wife is from Motihari, Bihar and has a B.A. in Hindi. My eldest son does subsidiary work of Bata and supplies them with sandals. My second son is M.A. in English and is searching for a proper job. My third son has done his B.Com. from Patna University and is currently working as an Analyst- Compensation & Pricing ( Asia) at Ariba, India. My fourth son has completed his engineering in Information Science from PESIT, Bangalore and is looking for a job.

I interact with all my school batch mates regularly.
