Left St.X after I got to 7th std which I think is 56 due to the transfer of my father to South.

I was just planning to go over south then on second thought my parents felt that I maybe a misfit in south as I have not lived there and getting on to further studies in North would be more suitable for my future.  

It was  then that I had gone over to school to get my TC and on return home near the Police station near bankipore club I was knocked down by Army van and left there.I was picked up by the police and put in the patna med Hospital.Due to the TC in my pocket theygot my where abouts and the place of my stay.I was in the hospital for three days with five sticthes on the face a deep cut 1" three broken teeth and of course was having my left arm in plaster with a broken ulna.This accident put me off education for some time as I had to return  South.

Then to make up for the loss of time I did Matriculation from Benaras as a private student in 58. There  my days in benaras continued as I did  Inter arts BA(hons) and M.A.(economics) from BHU.(1964 ) Those days my father was in Delhi with UPSC as Member.

So on getting back to Delhi I was on hunt or a job . In '64 May I got appointed in INDIAOIL in sales. I was in delhi\Chandigarh whole of Punjab.This helped me in going to Tibet border for army supplies. In 1965 I was posted to Eastern UP and covered Gonda/Basti/Bahraich including western nepal. In 1967 I shifted to Gorkhpur/Ballia/ Deoria.In1971 to Saharnpur \Dehra dun\Uttarkashi/badrinath\Muzzafarnagar.

In 1973 got married and was posted to Madras and have been in south till my retirement in 1997. I had covered in various capacities at Coimbatore/Banglore/madurai  salesareas. I had two stints with OIL Selection Board (south).

About my extra caricular activities while in BHU I caption my college in Table Tennis, and played for college in Cricket\Football\Badminton. Was in the university pannel for TT. While in IOC I looked after putting up Petrolpumps/Kero agencies/and also consumer accounts. I had independently looked after IOC INDANE domestic cooking gas distribution.

My wife Geetha is a housewife and our only Child our daughter DEEPA has completed her Electro Elec Eng from Chennai and after MS in US she is now at Califronia on a job.
